I've recently graduated from the University of Oxford in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies with Hindi/Urdu and I am about to undertake a MA in Islamic History at Cambridge this coming academic year.

I have been tutoring privately as well as in summer schools since 2022 in Padua, Italy, at Oxford and online. I am passionate about languages, literature and history and when it comes to teaching, I believe in the 'active method'. This means that my lessons are highly interactive and based on the interests, goals and skill-level of my students.

I offer tutoring in humanity subjects (languages, history, literature) at all levels, from primary school to GCSE/A Levels to University and I teach STEM subjects at GCSE/A level (Biology, Mathematics and Geography).

I assist students in Oxbridge admissions which involves support in writing personal statements, conducting mock interviews and tutoring on admission tests.

My language lessons (in English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Italian) are again subject to student goals, but I can tutor on basic language learning as well as essay writing, GCSE/A level exam preparation, professional language use and literature analysis.

Finally, while I am specialised in Medieval Islamic History, I can teach British, European, Middle Eastern and South Asian pre-modern and modern history. I base my history teaching on primary texts (according to the student's ability) to provide my students with direct access to the minds and thoughts of those they are learning about. This makes history learning more memorable and dynamic and allows the student to engage directly with the past.
