I like to use dynamic materials for my classes, such as slides, videos, music, books, games, and presentations. Similarly, I like to adapt to my students' learning methods, so I would like to know what resources they prefer and work with them.
I always take into account people's backgrounds and their effect on the learning process. I am currently a student and I learn every day, not only in my career, but also how to speak confidently and correctly. I understand the difficulties that arise during the learning process and I support my students because I am in the same situation. That is my methodology: learning together, making my students enjoy the process and understand that ups and downs are normal in all aspects of life, and letting them know that I will not judge them for their mistakes.
I have taught math and English to a group of children in Peru. From them, I learned how important it is to be patient and convey confidence to students, both in me as a teacher and in themselves as students and people who can make mistakes but are in the process of improving and have the desire to succeed.
Motivating my students and showing them that the learning process can be enjoyable and fun is my main goal, because with that foundation, they will be able to learn and achieve whatever they set their minds to, keeping in mind that everything is a process that requires effort, patience, desire, and commitment.
