Persevering, enthusiastic, empathetic, active listener and affective communication

I am a native Spanish speaker, but I study in an English-speaking country. In that sense, I can understand how difficult it is to learn a new language and new subjects. I can understand how it feels when you are unmotivated and think that a new subject is not for you. I like to talk to people and let them know that what they are feeling is normal, that it is only temporary, and motivate them through my own experiences and by putting myself in their shoes.
