My teaching philosophy is centered on encouraging class participation. To accommodate everyone and make the subject matter as engaging as possible, I modify my teaching methodology.
Teaching the material that the future leaders of our society need to know is the most essential task there is, but even more so is demonstrating to them their value, potential, and capacity for developing their own ideas via critical thought and observation of the world around them.
Not all students learn in the same way, that's why I make my classes different depending on the subject, sometimes with videos, songs, case studies, individual and group projects.
I always try to make sure that the information I give my students is the precise and necessary information that they need to know, I don't like to give them stuff that I know is not going to be useful to them.
I try to make my classes dynamic and participative so that the students feel happy, confident and want to learn and participate.
