Not all students learn in the same way, that's why I make my classes different depending on the subject, sometimes with videos, songs, case studies, individual and group projects.
I always try to make sure that the information I give my students is the precise and necessary information that they need to know, I don't like to give them stuff that I know is not going to be useful to them.
I try to make my classes dynamic and participative so that the students feel happy, confident and want to learn and participate.
