Having loved Biology and Agriulture I scored an A In both in my high school!! I then Joined Egerton university Kenya to train as a Biology/Agriculture teacher. I have taught these subjects for 10yrs in kenya secondary schools and i have had several students love and excel in these subjects and join colleges or universities to pursue related courses!
I love interractive classes, since biology deals with "living organisms" and we have all interracted with them since childhood! I encourage creative thinking and innovation in technology to enhance our teaching/learning process!
I like Lesson evaluation after every lesson so that we can improve on upcoming lessons and make learning more learner centred.
Biology is more of understanding concepts and having the ability to relate them and developing skills like observation, recording, interpretation, drawing, analysis among others which every learner should be able to have as a stepping stone into the future careers.
