My teaching is guided by precision, intuition, and an elevated understanding of the body as both a physical and energetic system. With over seven years of dedicated practice, I offer a distinctive approach to yoga, Pilates, meditation, and aerial movement that is dynamic, deeply embodied, and energetically attuned.

My classes are designed as immersive experiences rather than standard workouts. They range from fluid, strength-building flows to expressive, meditative practices that invite students into a heightened state of awareness. Drawing inspiration from Southeast Asian philosophies rooted in Vietnam, Thailand, and India, I integrate movement, breath, and stillness to cultivate balance on both a cellular and energetic level.

I teach Ashtanga and Hatha-based flows with a refined, modern sensibility honouring traditional sequencing while allowing space for intuition, adaptation, and rhythm. Pranayama is woven throughout all practices, guiding the nervous system into coherence and supporting deeper states of clarity and focus. Breath becomes the anchor through which movement softens, strengthens, and aligns.

Energetic work plays a central role in my teaching. I offer chakra-focused and chakra-alignment classes that explore vibration, frequency, and subtle tuning of the body’s energetic centres. These sessions encourage release, recalibration, and a sense of inner harmony, allowing students to experience movement as both grounding and expansive. Expression-based classes invite freedom, sensuality, and emotional release, supporting authentic embodiment and creative flow.

Aerial practice adds an additional dimension to my work, combining strength, suspension, and fluidity. These sessions cultivate trust, spatial awareness, and lightness, offering a sense of elevation both physically and energetically. Across all modalities, my teaching remains attentive, structured, and personalised.

I believe true luxury lies in presence, intention, and the ability to listen deeply to the breath, the body, and the subtle intelligence within. My role is to guide students into that space with care and discernment, creating calm, refined environments where growth feels supported, graceful, and sustainable.

Each class is an invitation to reconnect, realign, and embody a sense of quiet power one that lingers long after the practice ends.
