I have been working as a tutor with adults, young adults and children of different age for more than seven years. Languages is what I am passionate about. I have high proficiency in three of them - Russian, English and Lithuanian. I never stop learning and evolving.
I have graduated from university in 2015 and have a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. I am always improving by keeping my knowledge up-to-date in order to evolve as a teacher and tutor.
As a tutor:
I am patient. I never rush my students nor criticize them. What they get is support and motivation. I will repeat myself if needed or use completely different approach to explain the topic until my students gasps it.
I am adaptable. I adjust my approach based on what the students need and where they are struggling. I always change my teaching as the student progresses.
I am enthusiastic and never fail to motivate my students. I inspire and help them develop a love for learning since my passion for English is always contagious :)

I try to get to know my students to find the materials that would match their interests as well as their learning style. By applying such individual approach with each student during the lessons, the results appear faster. I try to combine visuals, audio and text materials to make the lessons as entertaining and efficient as possible. Speaking, grammar, listening and reading are four skills that we develop throughout lessons by choosing hot and relevant topics.
