Every session is built around you. Before we begin, I'll take the time to understand your current level, where you're struggling, and what you're working towards — whether that's passing an exam, improving your grade, or simply building confidence with numbers.
Sessions are relaxed, judgement-free, and interactive. Rather than lecturing at you, I'll guide you through material step by step, checking understanding as we go and adjusting my approach based on how you respond. If something isn't clicking, we'll try a different angle until it does.
Each lesson typically follows a simple structure: a quick review of what we covered last time, focused work on new or challenging material, and practice problems to consolidate your understanding. I'll always leave time for questions — no matter how small they seem.
I use real-world examples wherever possible to make abstract concepts feel tangible and relevant. My Sport Science background means I'm particularly good at applying maths to data, statistics, and performance contexts, which can make even dry topics feel purposeful.
After each session, I'll provide a short summary of what we covered along with recommended practice material so progress continues between lessons.
Sessions are available online, and I'm flexible with scheduling to work around school, university, or work commitments.
