If you’re feeling like there’s some internal resistance that’s holding you back from excelling, habits that aren’t complimenting your goals or simply wish to change your self perception, I can assure those needs or changes will be met.
As a coach in a range of fields over the past 8 years, my commitment goes towards the personal development of each unique individual. You can expect online face to face calls, and background support when needed. Offering you guidance in your goal setting, routines, perceptions and changes. Through verbal communication, and reflection prompts I will help you make the right choices to reflect your goals, whether this is personal, professional or academic. As well as my previous experience, I am developing my skills in coaching through further education, to ensure I can offer you my highest level of guidance.
As well as a focus on goal setting, routine building and action planning, it is important that within this process you too, are unlocking your fears for being authentic and breaking free from any self deprecating beliefs you have about yourself.
Frequent sessions will not be forced however, heavily encouraged, as I believe in order to achieve results we want, we must be willing to expand our thoughts and be as open to participation as possible. I will guide you in the direction you desire, and as a coach would expect those actions to be taken part in.
I will conduct live sessions, Journal prompts, habit tracking and daily mindfulness practices and ensure each session is personalised for your specific goals.
