My sessions are online, one-on-one, and built around a simple idea: before a student can focus, think clearly, or perform under pressure, their nervous system needs to feel safe. So we start there.
Each session follows a gentle protocol. We open by checking in — using a simple framework I call the Coherent Energy Model, which helps students name where they are (calm and regulated, wired and anxious, or shut down and avoidant) without judgment. From there, we move into the actual work: a short practice and a reflection tied to whatever the student is facing that week, whether it's exam pressure, motivation, or just feeling overwhelmed. We close every session with one small, concrete commitment the student chooses for themselves — something realistic they can actually carry into their week.
This structure means every session has rhythm and follow-through, but it never feels clinical or scripted. Students know what to expect, and parents know their child is getting more than a pep talk.
I draw on nearly 40 years in healthcare — as a registered pharmacist, ICF-accredited Professional Consciousness Coach, and Lifestyle as Medicine Coach (14 yrs of Coaching)— so the tools I teach are grounded in evidence and science, not trends. I also co-run TeenUp, a coaching platform for young people, so this is work I live in daily, not just theory I studied once.
My goal is simple: help students build real, lasting tools for calm and focus — lifelong essential skills - not just get them through exams.
