I have 2-year experience in tutoring secondary and A-level students in Math. For each student, I design a specific learning roadmap that fits them the best after a mini test conducted on the first lesson. Generally, I often use figures and examples to explain complicated formulas and equations so my students can better understand them. I follow strictly their curriculum at school, and also broaden their mind through advanced knowledge in reference books (only when they master basic knowledge). Homework assignments are required, but not too much so they can spend time on other activities. In addition to knowledge, my goal is to improve their critical thinking, i.e. the way they come up with a solution when facing a problem, both in Math and in life.
