Leïla Caspar

I am an undergraduate student at the University of Bristol, ready to tutor anyone in need of help. I can help students work on GCSE and A-level French, but also anyone in need of improving or starting French.
I use interactive and diversified learning materials and teaching techniques, and have ways to assess your level and pick out what needs to be worked on more precisely. My aim will be to help you achieve correct "textbook" French, but also daily and native expressions and words. I try teaching in a way that allows listening, reading, writing and speaking skills to be developed, through these activities:
- Listening: having conversations with me in French/ listening to French songs, radio, podcasts etc.
- Reading: going through texts/ reading short stories.
- Writing: short writing tasks on different subjects/ translating text extracts.
- Talking: having conversations with me in French/ reading out your writing tasks/ working on pronunciation/ creating dialogues.
I am patient and friendly, and will adapt to your needs. I also try incorporating as much cultural aspects from France as i can in my tutoring work.
