Hi im lee, im a qualified Adult Nurse with qualifications in both health and social care areas, with experience working in mental health settings, paediatric settings and both community and clinical settings.

Some of my main roles have included working with individuals with homelessness or drug and alcohol issues, individuals within community settings, orthopedic trauma nursing, medicine of the elderly, emergency and school nursing to name a few.

I aim to provide a high level of teaching to all of my potential students.

Firstly I take time to speak to and learn from my students what works personally for them because everyone learns differently this helps to establish a good working relationship and rapport, i follow this up by putting a person centred learning plan into place. This will provide the best learning experience for my students.

In practical areas of work I always favoured a "see one do one" method of working as this helps to inspire both confidence and self belief but will help to build a professional and trusting relationship with my students.
I aim to provide high quality teaching to this effect as its a good method in relation to theory and written work also.

I understand everyone has a different approach to learning whether it be reading, listening or doing the tasks independently, everyone will learn in their own way and sometimes need a bit of help finding their way or a best way that works for them.

so again I use good communication and plan with the individual to provide the best possible learning experience for them ??.
