Our sessions would be based around what benefits you. This is something we would discuss in the first session and build upon it each time we meet.
We can do anything from simple co-working, making a detailed plan of the week ahead, helping you understand the often confusing language of assignments, or anything else that can be helpful! These sessions are what you make them.
On top of helping with specific study skills, our sessions will also aim to give you skills you can take with you outside the classroom. We'll explore the aspects of your environment and day-to-day which impact your ability to study.
In this space, you are free to be who you are. I won't mask around you (though, of course I will still be polite!) and I will never judge you whether or not you decide to unmask around me.
(These sessions are solely focused on helping you manage the challenging parts of having Autism and/or ADHD and being a student. I cannot give specific advice for any particular academic subject.)
