Maybe it's stress that won't switch off, procrastination you can't shake, or that horrible feeling of being behind and not knowing how to catch up. Maybe what you’re studying just won’t sync in. I get it, properly, because I've lived it too.
I'm a qualified coach with training in NLP, breathwork and burnout recovery, and I also work in clinical healthcare, so I genuinely understand the pressure from both sides, the personal and the professional. But none of that matters if it doesn't actually help you, so here's how I work.
Every session starts with what's really going on for you, not a script. You lead and I listen.
We talk it through, figure out what's driving the stress or the stuck feeling, and build tools you can actually use, calming your nervous system, breaking down overwhelming tasks, quieting that inner critic that tells you you're not doing enough.
I won't hand you generic tips you've already tried. This is about understanding your patterns and building something that fits your actual life, not a perfect version of it that doesn't exist.
Sessions are relaxed but focused, one to one, and completely judgement free. Whatever you bring, anxiety, burnout, procrastination, feeling overwhelmed by uni or school, we'll work through it together at your pace. You’re in the drivers seat.
