I’ve been a primary school teacher for six years and have a specialism in maths.

I’ve worked with children who are high achievers to help stretch them, children who just need a little push and children who need specialist intervention due to special educational needs. My classroom is a diverse place where everybody is encouraged to achieve and reach their potential.

I can work with you to create lessons that suit your needs. No need to follow a rigid structure here!

For younger children, my lessons will mostly be game based and then we will translate this into calculation and understanding of number. With older children, I will aim to play some games to keep their mental maths strong, but we will also look at solving problems and using maths in a real life context.
