Lanny Lawrence

As a native speaker of Spanish and English, I am passionate about helping students learn Spanish. I have tutored Spanish for many years including elementary, high school, and college students. I have also worked with adults (including college-age) who are taking Spanish classes. I work with my students and adapt to the lesson plans in their curriculum. I work on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, writing as well as conversational skills. Alongside their lessons, I encourage them to practice their lessons between our visits and I am open to any questions they may have about culture, slang, or other concerns. I like to use learning aids that help them to see and hear what they are learning. My tutoring sessions will be via Zoom as I am based in the United States. We can work on coordinating hours due to the time difference.
