I am a practicing dietitian and sports & fitness trainer. Here, I'm following my aptitude and dream of teaching others as sharing knowledge is really interesting. My lessons are interactive, clear, and focused on understanding rather than memorizing pages of notes. I first identify what you find difficult, then break complex topics into simple, logical steps using diagrams, examples, questions, and discussion.
Whether we are covering cell biology, genetics, human physiology, ecology, or another topic, I adapt each lesson to your level and pace. We can work through concepts, practice exam style questions, identify weak areas, and build your confidence along the way.
I also like to connect biology, nutrition, food science and health with real life, because understanding how a concept applies outside the textbook can make it much easier to remember. If you are preparing for an exam, we can focus on key concepts, common mistakes, past paper questions, and effective revision strategies. If you simply want to strengthen your understanding, we can take more time to explore topics and answer the questions you are curious about.
You will not just listen to me explain biology. You will be involved in the lesson, asking questions, solving problems, and learning how to think through the subject for yourself. My aim is simple: to make biology something you understand, not something you have to memories.
