I practice inclusivity and believe fully in a learner centred learning environment with the teacher present and around to help and guide where needed. I prefer this way of learning because I have learnt that students learn better when they are involved in on the lessons they find it easy to retain information and are able to use all the knowledge they retained in real life situations.
