Through my degree, I have developed a solid understanding of core chemical principles, including analytical chemistry, structural techniques, and laboratory-based methods. I have achieved strong academic results in both theoretical and practical modules, including spectroscopy and chemical analysis, and I am confident in my ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Alongside my studies, I have developed extensive experience in scientific communication and independent learning. This includes presenting award-winning forensic toxicology research at academic conferences, delivering a guest lecture to undergraduate students, and producing structured educational resources designed to improve laboratory confidence in other students. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to different audiences.
I am particularly interested in tutoring GCSE and A-level Chemistry students, helping them build both subject knowledge and exam technique. I am patient, organised, and committed to helping students develop confidence in chemistry through clear explanations and structured learning.
I am available for flexible, part-time tutoring sessions online and can accommodate students across different schedules. I would be very enthusiastic about the opportunity to support learners in achieving their academic goals while further developing my own teaching and communication skills.
