A typical session begins with getting to know you, understanding your current challenges, and identifying what you would like to achieve. Together, we can develop realistic goals and create practical action plans that feel achievable and meaningful. Sessions may include reflection, problem-solving, study support, confidence building, accountability, and strategies to help you stay motivated between sessions.
I have experience supporting people from a range of backgrounds, including university students, neurodivergent people, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. My background in Occupational Therapy and Higher Education allows me to combine practical guidance with encouragement, helping people develop confidence, resilience, practical strategies, positive mindsets, and sustainable habits that support long-term success.
