key part of my approach is visualisation — using the mind’s eye to support presence, clarity, and transformation. At various points in class, I may guide you to picture the breath as light moving through the body, or invite you to visualise grounding through your feet, growing like roots into the earth. These inner images help to deepen the connection between body, breath and intention, and often create a more vivid, embodied experience of the practice.
