Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice. My teaching blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin-inspired flows, combining movement, stillness, and breathwork to restore balance to body and mind.
A typical class begins with a gentle warm-up and guided breath awareness to help you settle into the present moment. We then move through mindful postures that focus on mobility, balance, and strength, finishing with a soothing relaxation or short meditation.
As a certified yoga teacher with experience in both one-to-one and group sessions, I aim to make yoga accessible, supportive, and enjoyable for everyone. My approach is calm, encouraging, and adaptable — helping you release tension, gain confidence, and build a sustainable home practice.
