My coaching sessions are relaxed, supportive and completely tailored to your individual needs. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance, encouragement and practical strategies.
During our sessions we will explore your goals, identify any challenges that may be affecting your confidence or motivation, and create realistic action plans that are achievable and sustainable. Whether you are struggling with academic pressure, time management, organisation, exam stress, self confidence or finding motivation, I will provide a safe, non judgemental environment where you can talk openly and develop skills that will benefit you long after our coaching has ended.
Drawing on my experience as a tutor, psychologist and coach, I use evidence based coaching techniques to help you build resilience, improve your mindset and develop greater self belief. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to empower you to discover your own solutions, make informed decisions and achieve your personal and academic goals with confidence.
