I will also preform a short fitness test to see what level of exercise you are currently at.
A general workout session will consist of a warm up. Lasting between 3 and 5 minutes.
Then we will have the bulk of our session, this will be customised based on your specific goals.
At the end we will spend a further 3-5 minutes doing some cool down stretches.
