I'm passionate about helping students gain confidence in their reading and writing skills and have had much success in the classroom as well as in the online learning environment. My lessons are catered to the student's needs as everyone learns in different ways and at a different pace. I like to use technology and create lessons that are engaging and interactive to help learning stick in a fun way!

In our lessons, my students will be guided through a presentation with stops along the way for interactive games and fun quizzes. Each lesson includes a variety of activities and provides a routine and structure so that they are aware of what to expect each time. I have sifted through many online tools to find the best ones for my students and their learning needs at each stage. Throughout each lesson, I act as the facilitator so that my students are encouraged and keep their motivation for learning high. I truly enjoy seeing my students succeed and provide updates and feedback as needed.

I have ten years of international teaching experience in both British and American schools and have taught students from all over the world ranging from 3 years old to 14. I hold a teaching license in the state of Texas as well as a TEFL certificate. I studied education at the University of North Texas, and have a Master's degree in literacy from the American College of Education.
