My sessions are practical, structured, and built around your real life. We don’t just talk — we figure out what’s actually getting in the way and create simple systems that work for how your brain operates.

Each session is tailored, but typically includes:

* Breaking down overwhelm into manageable steps
* Building routines that are realistic (not idealistic)
* Improving focus, follow-through, and decision-making
* Working with emotional blocks, not against them

I bring 25 years of experience in Special Educational Needs alongside my work as an ADHD coach and my own lived experience of late diagnosis. That means I understand both the theory and the reality.

This is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping you work with your brain so things finally start to click.

Sessions are online, flexible, and focused on what actually makes a difference — not what looks good on paper.
