My business lessons are structured, engaging and fully tailored to each student’s level, course specification and individual learning needs. I support students studying GCSE, A-Level and degree-level Business, helping them build subject knowledge, confidence and strong exam and coursework skills.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have over 20 years of real-world business experience across a range of industries. This combination allows me to teach business theory clearly while linking it to practical, real-life examples, helping students truly understand how businesses operate beyond the textbook.

Lessons cover key areas of the curriculum including marketing, finance, operations, human resources, strategy and business decision-making. Sessions are carefully structured around the student’s current topics or assessment requirements. We break down complex concepts step by step, practise exam-style questions, analyse case studies and review mark schemes to understand exactly how to achieve higher grades.

I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, evaluation skills and answer structure, supporting students to develop clear, well-argued and well-evidenced responses. For coursework and assignments, I guide students in planning, research, analysis and presentation while encouraging independent thinking.

My teaching style is calm, supportive and encouraging. Lessons are fully personalised and paced to suit each learner, helping students gain confidence and feel comfortable asking questions.
