Breathwork is an essential part of all my classes, as I believe the breath is the foundation of a true yoga practice. Many of us—including myself, not long ago—have lost the ability to breathe properly due to the constant stress of modern life. Relearning how to breathe with awareness is a powerful tool for managing stress and regulating the nervous system.
