Every lesson is carefully planned to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring they feel supported, challenged, and motivated to achieve their best. I begin by identifying each pupil's strengths and areas for development, allowing me to create personalised lessons that target the skills they need to make the greatest progress.

For 11+ preparation, lessons focus on developing the knowledge, problem-solving skills, and exam techniques needed to approach the tests with confidence. We work through a range of carefully selected questions, practise timed activities where appropriate, and regularly revisit previous learning to strengthen understanding and retention. For English and Maths tuition, I use a variety of engaging resources and practical activities to build strong foundations while adapting the pace to suit each learner.

With 15 years of experience as a qualified primary teacher, I understand that every child learns differently. My lessons are calm, encouraging, and nurturing, helping pupils feel confident enough to ask questions and learn from their mistakes. At the same time, I have high expectations and encourage children to take pride in their work, persevere when faced with challenges, and strive for continual improvement.

Above all, I want every child to leave each lesson feeling more confident than when they arrived. By building a positive relationship with my pupils and maintaining clear communication with parents, I aim to ensure steady progress, increased confidence, and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
