Personal training isn’t just for people who are looking to get perfectly toned bodies. A lot of people (no matter what shape they're in or how old they are) can benefit from working with a personal trainer to set lifestyle goals and accomplish them (in good health and injury-free).

Believe me, I've seen and encountered many individuals who have picked up very serious injuries from a) either having no concept of form nor technique b) working with lacklustre trainers and c) ego lifting weights.

Personal trainers are fitness professionals who work with individuals to teach exercise form and technique, keep clients accountable to their exercise goals, and create customised workout and nutrition plans based on the individual’s specific health and fitness needs. Like anything in life, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

My specific areas of expertise revolve around holistic lifestyle changes, including optimisation of nutrition, and strength conditioning. I am also a practitioner of corrective exercise (for eg. posture correction), yoga, and meditation techniques.

I cannot underline enough that my sessions are designed to teach you that your body is an incredible machine that can be calibrated to not just look aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly function for pain free longevity. I will explain the anatomy and science to you if it’s of interest to you, as my emphasis is on ensuring you understand the why behind what you’re doing.

Ultimately, as your consultant I can help you optimise as little or as much of your lifestyle as you wish, whether you prefer to keep your focus on what happens in the gym, or what happens outside the gym, the choice is yours.
