My guitar lessons are fun, informal, and completely tailored to you. I aim to create a relaxed environment where you can enjoy playing, ask questions freely, and learn without pressure. Whether you’re a complete beginner, picking the guitar back up, or looking to level up your playing, lessons are built around your goals and interests.
Each lesson usually starts with a quick warm-up or recap, then we dive into practical playing. This could be learning chords, scales, rhythm and timing, improving technique, or working through songs you love. I specialise in indie, blues, and funk, but I’m always happy to adapt to whatever style excites you most.
I’ve been playing guitar for over 12 years and teaching since 2022, working with students of all ages and abilities, including learners with additional needs. My teaching style is supportive and flexible, keeping things light and enjoyable while still making sure you’re progressing and building confidence.
Above all, my goal is to make lessons something you look forward to — helping you enjoy the guitar, stay motivated, and keep improving in a way that feels natural and rewarding.
