John Paul Marshall

I am a highly qualified and experienced English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher (Master's in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, DELTA), specializing in helping university students improve their communication, critical thinking, and research skills in English, as well as exam preparation (Cambridge Main Suite, IELTS, Aptis). I also help adult professionals communicate fluently in English in real-life situations. In addition, I am a Cambridge Assessment International examiner.

I have taught numerous university courses, both in Madrid (University of Alcalá, ICADE, Carlos III, CEO San Pablo) and in Great Britain (Universities of Nottingham Trent and Edinburgh Heriot-Watt). These courses have included English for Academic Purposes (EAP) preparation courses, as well as general English and exam preparation courses (Cambridge Main Suite, IELTS). I was also an IELTS Writing examiner for several years. Currently, I work primarily with young adults and university students, and I specialize in writing exam questions.
