Joe Hill

With a zoology degree under my belt, and as a current veterinary medicine student, I have extensive knowledge on all things biology. In my lessons, I use a very personal and tailored approach as I understand that no two students are the same. I am more than happy to work with students to establish the most effective ways to use lessons times, whether that be me explaining concepts in different ways, practicing exam questions, or working together with students to help them solve problems. I very much like the student to be actively involved in lessons as this is the best way to learn as opposed to being lectured at for the entire lesson. By working with the student to find the best mode of learning for them, I will help to ensure that you achieve the best grades possible.

In my lessons, I’m more than happy to cover all subject areas related to biology, as I am well aware that it is a very diverse subject. I will aim to identify subject areas that students may need additional help with to really boost their confidence on potentially weaker areas. By identifying areas that have room for improvement, I can make sure that lessons can be tailored to the student to make sure that they are prepared as much as possible for any upcoming exams.
