I’ve been playing piano since 2012, mainly in gospel, worship and contemporary Christian music, and I’d love to help you become more confident on the keys.

If you’re a beginner or still fairly early in your piano journey, we can work at your pace and focus on what you actually want to learn. That could be basic chords, rhythm, chord progressions, playing by ear, ear training, accompanying singers or understanding songs using the Nashville Number System.

I don’t want you to just memorise one song and forget everything afterwards. I want to help you understand what you’re playing, why the chords work together and how you can eventually take that same knowledge into different songs and different keys.

My lessons are very practical. I’ll break things down, show you exactly what I’m doing on the piano, then give you time to try it yourself. If something isn’t making sense, we can slow it down and approach it a different way. There’s no pressure to get everything straight away.

Gospel and worship piano are the styles I enjoy most, so if that’s something you want to learn, I can also help you build the foundations for that style as you improve.

Most importantly, I want you to enjoy playing. My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling like you’ve actually learnt something, made progress and are becoming more confident at the piano.
