I am currently studying A Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Chemistry and have a strong academic background in mathematics, achieving a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, a Grade 9 in GCSE Statistics, and eight Grade 9s overall at GCSE. In Year 11, I also completed the FSMQ (Additional Mathematics), achieving a Grade A.

My tutoring lessons are designed to build a strong understanding of the fundamental principles behind each topic rather than relying solely on memorisation. I believe that developing a secure foundation is key to long-term success in mathematics. Lessons will begin by identifying areas where a student may have gaps in their understanding before introducing concepts through clear explanations and worked examples. Students will then have the opportunity to apply their knowledge through carefully selected practice questions, with support and feedback provided throughout. As confidence grows, lessons will progress to more challenging problems and exam-style questions to strengthen both understanding and problem-solving skills. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their mathematical ability.
