My lessons are calm, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are primary-aged or older learners working at a primary level. I teach English, Maths, and Phonics, and provide SEN support, including speech and language interventions. Each session combines guided practice, targeted exercises, and interactive activities to help students build confidence, knowledge, and independence.
As an autistic tutor, I bring a genuine understanding of neurodiversity and how every learner’s brain works differently. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and encouraging environment where children can learn at their own pace and feel proud of their progress. My lessons are flexible, engaging, and adapted to each student’s interests, strengths, and sensory needs.
I’ve been working with children for over 10 years and have been in education for more than five. During this time, I’ve supported learners in a range of settings, from classroom support and one-to-one tuition to my role as a Teaching Assistant at the Pauline Quirke Academy, where I helped children develop both academically and creatively through performance-based learning.
I also teach Drama and Performing Arts up to A-Level, supporting students with exams, coursework, and drama school auditions. As a professional actor and graduate of the London School of Musical Theatre (2020), I bring creativity, enthusiasm, and real-world experience to my lessons.
Whether we’re working on phonics or performance, my goal is to help every learner feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.
