Primary & SEN Tutor | Also Supporting Secondary Students Working at Primary Level

Hi, I’m Jaye!
I’ve worked with children since I was 16, starting with babysitting and later as a Teaching Assistant at Pauline Quirke Academy, supporting children in learning and performing arts. I’m also an autistic adult, specialising in supporting children with a variety of special educational needs (SEN), both online and in small groups. Over the past 5 years, I’ve supported children with autism, ADHD, social or communication difficulties, and other learning needs, focusing on literacy, numeracy, confidence, social skills, and independence.
I also have experience delivering speech and language interventions, helping children improve their communication skills alongside academic learning. I understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and structure, and I create lessons that are calm, supportive, and tailored to each child’s needs, making learning accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free.
I enjoy helping older students who are working at a Primary level, supporting them to catch up, build confidence, and reach their potential.
