Jasmine Summers

I have worked on Cruise ships for nearly 2 years as a Photographer, focusing on portraiture photography, including on the Gangway, Beach, Dining rooms, bars and lounges, as well as the studio. I did a lot of different portraiture photographs, with different poses and techniques, including close-ups. I very much enjoyed exploring the world and meeting people from all over the globe.

I also studied a Master's degree in Photography, my projects and research included learning about Science Fiction, Climate change and the environment. Also, I did a lot of work on Pop Art and advertising. I know camera settings to help with exposure, composition and lighting. I also have basic knowledge of editing.

I also have a BA in Fine Art. I have a creative mind and love to assist with furthering ideas and development. I did a lot of in-depth research, and for my final report, I compared digital and analogue photography, where I could find out more about both processes.

For my lessons, I would like to focus on a skill at a time, to further my knowledge about a particular area or areas of photography. I would tailor my sessions to what you would like to learn, and also to what works best for you.
