I am a patient, friendly and supportive Maths tutor with 5 years of teaching experience. I have taught students from Tamil Nadu State Board, CBSE and Cambridge curricula, and I have also provided online Maths tuition to a UK primary school student. I teach Maths from primary level through secondary school, including GCSE-equivalent topics, and I have also taught Mathematics for Classes 11 and 12.

My lessons are clear, structured and adapted to each student’s level. I usually begin by checking what the student already understands, then identify any gaps and explain difficult topics step by step. I use simple examples, worked problems and guided practice before asking students to solve questions independently.

I focus strongly on building confidence as well as improving results. Students are encouraged to ask questions freely, and I make sure they understand the method rather than simply memorising answers. I can support students with homework, school topics, revision, exam preparation and regular practice.

For younger learners, I keep lessons engaging and easy to follow, using visual examples and short activities. For older students, I focus more on problem-solving, exam techniques and strengthening core concepts.

I am comfortable teaching both online and in person. My aim is to make Maths feel less difficult, help students develop strong foundations and support them in becoming more confident and independent learners.
