My sessions are bespoke, client focussed and flexible. We all learn and grow in different ways so getting to know my clients is a really important part of my coaching to enable a successful and collaborative relationship.
I use humour, lived experience and active listening skills to ensure everyone I coach feels heard, supported and valued, in a relaxed online environment.
Online sessions are not prescriptive. I work with you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be, and I use a variety of coaching methods to make this happen.
I have created and taught courses on time management, the importance of self care and how to achieve it in an increasingly busy world, building confidence/self esteem, goal setting, parenting and building new habits and have recently completed my training to become a Health & Wellbeing coach to formalise my learning ,with extra modules completed focusing on relationships, grief, neurodiversity and menopause, to broaden my offer.
In the past 20 years I have worked in primary and secondary schools (both state and private) and, most recently, adult education but in more recent years have discovered a particular passion for supporting people with their general wellbeing.
The chance to coach others plays to my personal strengths and gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I have an empathetic and supportive nature and I truly believe that we can ALL learn something new every day and from everyone we meet.
