I am sympathetic to the challenges and non-judgmental to how busy your mind can be and harder when you have deadlines of assignments or projects to complete.
We would start with an initial assessment so that I can get a picture of how you manage your day and what obstacles are coming up for you.
I ask that you complete a diet diary over a few weeks which is an indication for both of us of patterns of food types and how we might be able to make some beneficial changes.
I become your accountability partner so that this gives you encouragement to make the changes that we have discussed and you feel are achievable. If there are obstacles, we discuss how we might make it easier. These sessions are YOUR SESSIONS and I am only alongside you to guide and support you.
