My lessons are designed to make fitness approachable, motivating, and tailored to your personal goals—whether you’re an A-level student, a university learner balancing studies, or an adult looking to build healthy habits. I focus on clear, practical guidance that helps you understand not just what to do, but why it works. With structured sessions, supportive coaching, and techniques you can use in everyday life, I aim to help you build confidence, improve your performance, and enjoy the process of getting stronger and healthier. I bring nearly three years of consistent training experience, during which I’ve helped friends reach impressive strength milestones—such as achieving a 100kg bench press. I specialise in muscle growth and body transformation, having personally lost 11kg in just two and a half months while still increasing my strength. I currently bench 120kg, train five times a week, and maintain a strong, well-developed physique for my age. Alongside my practical experience, I’m studying Sports Studies at a Distinction level, which allows me to combine real-world training knowledge with academic understanding to deliver effective, results-driven sessions. My aim as a coach is to make fitness realistic, enjoyable, and achievable for people at all stages—whether you’re a student juggling deadlines or an adult looking to build long-term habits. I focus on teaching proper technique, building confidence in the gym, and helping you understand how training and nutrition work together. My sessions prioritise steady progress, injury prevention, and developing discipline that transfers into daily life. I’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance can completely transform someone’s motivation and performance, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same change. Whether your goal is strength, muscle growth, fat loss, or simply becoming healthier, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.

I also understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match your confidence level, pace, and personality. Whether you prefer clear structure, gentle encouragement, or a more driven, focused approach, I adjust the sessions so you always feel supported. My goal is to help you build long-term consistency, not quick fixes, so you can develop habits that stay with you long after the sessions finish and continue progressing independently.
