I tailor each lesson to the student’s current level, goals and exam board. We begin with a short check of what the student already understands and identify the topics or question types causing difficulty. I then explain the key idea in clear steps, work through an example and ask the student to apply it to similar questions.

For GCSE Chemistry and Combined Science, I focus on secure understanding, accurate scientific language and exam-style practice. I can also support GCSE Biology and Mathematics. I achieved an A* in Chemistry and A grades in Mathematics and Biology at A level and will begin an MChem Chemistry degree at the University of Sheffield in September 2026.

I am new to formal paid tutoring, but my Head Boy leadership and public-speaking experience have developed my ability to listen carefully, explain ideas clearly and encourage confidence. Each lesson ends with feedback, a brief recap and agreed next steps.
