I tach Hatha yoga with Ayurveda elements and I tailor my class according to the students or group needs. My classes are suitable for all abilities. I teach pregnancy yoga too.
My class begins and finishes with Tibetan bowl, Meditation and pranayama (Breathing techniques) I teach deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
