Here's what sessions actually look like:
Sessions are one-to-one, fully online, and 60 minutes long - structured enough to always move forward, but relaxed enough that you can actually talk honestly. No worksheets, no lectures, no homework you'll dread. Just a focused conversation that ends with you knowing exactly what your next step is.
I work in focused, 6-12 or more - session packages, because real change doesn't happen in one conversation. Six sessions give us enough time to understand what's really going on, build a system that works for your student specifically, and start seeing visible results before the package ends. Most students and parents notice a measurable shift in confidence, focus, and follow-through by session three.
We start where you are. In the first session, we figure out what's really getting in the way - what you know is holding you back. From there, every session builds on the last.
Depending on what you need, we might work on:
-Building a study system that fits how your brain works
-Breaking down big goals
-Retraining the inner voice that says "I can't do this" into one that asks "what's my next move?"
-Developing focus and concentration habits for the age of infinite distraction
-Building the confidence to show up fully - in class, in exams, and in life
My approach is simple: I ask powerful questions, so you find your own answers. Research shows this creates far more lasting change than being told what to do - because the plan we build together is one you actually believe in and follow through on.
I've delivered 180+ coaching sessions with clients navigating high-pressure transitions, and I work as a Teaching Assistant in a professional coach training programme - so I understand both how to coach and how to make online sessions genuinely engaging, not just another screen to stare at.
My coaching practice is professionally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC) - the world's largest coaching body - which means I've been independently trained and assessed in deep listening, goal setting, and building the kind of self-trust that outlasts any exam result.
What students typically experience after 4–6 sessions:
-A clear, realistic plan that they actually stick to
-Less anxiety, more momentum
-Better focus and follow-through - without burning out
-The confidence to handle setbacks without falling apart
