I then plan lessons by having an outline of going through the content first, then solidifying this using exam questions first allowing the student to ask for any help then giving them time to work through questions independently and working through them together to ensure the student understands the correct thinking process and method to get to the correct answer. This ensures all knowledge is solidified through application allowing for better confidence in the topic being taught!
