I like using a mix of structured teaching and student led teaching. Structured teaching involves set questions (some for the tutor to work through as examples and some for the student to try independently). The questions will all be marked in the session so students can get on the spot feedback and guidance on how to improve. Students will always have a time at the end of the session to do a Q and A and ask any questions they might have. I have recently achieved an A* in A level history as well as an A in A level biology and as a University student studying dentistry at a Russel Group University, I know all the top tips and how to tackle exam questions.
