Hayden Poon

Hi there,
My name is Hayden and I have recently graduated from the University of York studying Economics and Philosophy. I am looking to tutor maths at a level of GCSE or lower.
I achieved an A* in GCSE, additional maths and A Level maths.
I believe I am a capable mathematician and am willing to tutor maths to those who are looking to improve or solidify their skills. I have the patience and willingness to address issues of my students of all abilities. I am someone who always looked to help other when I was studying maths in secondary school and sixth form which has led me to believe that I would be a good tutor to other students.

I have always been a diligent worker and believe that maths was always my strongest suit. I managed to stay in the top set throughout my secondary school years. I often helped my peers when they struggled with math problems. I would like to tutor other students in order to help them achieve their goal or grade. I believe that tutoring is very important to give students an advantage against others in a the competition of university and job applications.
